Designed specifically for the additive manufacturing industry, GICAM 2000 can produce any metal part, whether solid or thin-walled, with unrivalled precision.
Like all Sotimeco solutions, GICAM 2000 is equipped with the same technologies as the GICAM family. Its capacity to handle parts up to 2m3 makes it an ideal solution for mass production or repair of parts of all sizes, thanks to its patented Sotimeco DED/WLAM interchangeable laser printing nozzle (which enables it to switch from the WLAM/wire process to the LMD/powder process) and its multi-material feed (double powder feed + double wire feed). And like all Sotimeco solutions, GICAM 2000 can print in mono or bi-materials, or create a mix of materials in precise and variable proportions to produce parts with unique properties.

Process monitoring

Two optical cameras provide real-time visualization of the process: a process supervision camera (laser diode lighting adapted to environments with high thermal emission) + a general supervision camera.


Control of flows, pressures, flow rates (material feed, cooling, protective/transport gases), dew point, temperature amplitude. Oxygen control (inerting option).
Hygrometry and temperature control inside powder tanks.

CAM software

Compatible with a wide range of CAM software (Rhinorobot/Adaone/NX/…)
